Depends on your budget, but yes the Provari is usually the talk of the town. If you want something on a cheaper scale that is still very nice with the lcd voltage screen as well. Check out an L-tube type mod. I personally use the Apollo Vtube (comes in a mini.) Same thing as the Lavatube just with a different name. Little cheaper too. Apollo Ecigs - Discount Coupon will link you to a 15% off coupon as well. I got mine with their 6ml Dual Coil tank and love it.

I haven't tried the Provari but everyone raves about it so if the price doesn't scare you I don't think you'd go wrong with that. Another one I have tried that was pretty good (slightly cheaper than the provari) is the Buzz from Notcigs.com. I have a friend that uses that and loves it.

I really had it narrowed down between the provari mini and the LT mini......just dont know if double the price on the provari is really worth the cost.

It all depends on what you want to do. I personally think the L-tube would be all you need. Reading here I thought eventually I would have to get the top shelf Provari. But one of my friends and local juice supplier even told me, with this Vtube, I really don't need a provari. It basically does the same thing. Sure one may run at a few higher watts or something but for th emost part they will both do what you want from them. Now that I use my Vtube, I don't really see the need to get a Provari.. but never know what the future may bring.

You are looking at two mods on complete opposite sides of the spectrum. Yes, they are both tube mods but the build quality along with internal make up is completely different. It's like test driving a Honda Civic and a Audi A8. If you can afford the A8, why in the world would you even be thinking about the Civic? If you held both devices in your hand, it would become instantly apparent as to why the Provari costs more money. Now, if you really want the L-Tube, at least wait until version 1.5 is released. It is able to drive dual coil cartos correctly.

Here is a good informative review of the Lava Tube. After watching it, you will understand what I mean by driving dual coil cartos correctly.

I love the Mini design. Sometimes, I wish I would have got it instead but I purchased the standard version with the extender cap. I'm a big guy so the size is actually perfect. Plus I get almost 3 days on 18650's. I just like the look of the Mini more.

hi,

would like to know:

(1) how many ml of liquid did you vaporize with one fully charged 18650?

(2) what's the brand+capacity of your 18650?

(3) voltage set and resistance of atty/cart?

thanks in advance for your trouble. :)

1) I really couldn't tell ya. I mainly use cartomizers and can tell you that I usually fill about 3 cartomizers three times a day.

2) 2000 mah

3) I am usually vaping at 4.0 volts on a 2.8 ohm cartomizer but sometimes use a 2.0 ohm dual coil cartomizer at 4.3 volts. Then at night I'm usually using a 3.0 ohm atomizer at 4.5 - 5.0 volts.
