I personally like the lanyard because it means I can let's say drive and use one hand to vape immediately instead of having to reach for it in my pocket each time or leave it on the dashboard where it can fall off. Makes sense no?

I pot my device in the cup holder when I drive. But I see what you mean, and I have used an istick on a lanyard for mowing because my device falls out of the cup holder and gets lost in the yard, once I even ran it over lol.

Even as small as isticks are, I wouldn’t want to have it hanging around my neck for long periods. And I don’t know of any that you can buy a lanyard for, but it wouldn’t be difficult to fashion something for a pod. If not you, perhaps you could ask a crafty friend.

I'll look into a pouch I can hang round my neck :) ye I'll probably go with the Istick

FastTech is a reliable site with decent customer support. The shipping used to be very slow but has improved quite a bit. You do have to pay attention to the "in stock, ships in 7 days, preorder" listed where the price is. If in a hurry for something I just make an order for in stock and another for ships in 7 days. Sometimes the 7 days takes much longer but they will give back the charges or you can ask for a gift certificate. Been using them for 4 years with no real issues.

Btw I'm based in Malta, oh also they don't ship the batteries
So Malta is a couple of islands in the Mediterranean Sea, south of Sicily and Italy?

You might do some inquiries to these companies to see if they ship to your location. They are based out of the UK and ship throughout Europe.

FT aren't exactly great when it comes to keeping customers updated on outstanding orders with manufacturers, at least you can cancel and refund items that they haven't sent.

Also, if ecolux can ship to Malta. I have a discount code, somewhere.
Does possession of this discount code make you a supa Malta by any chance?

Well there’s your problem: the postal service doesn’t like shipping batteries at all. One thing that is useful if you’re using free shipping, is that because it is free, you can put one item in each package. Those (are those even ON the mooch list) batteries probably bollocked your whole shipment

Sorry @bombastinator, you've lost me.

I'm UK based and not that far away from Ecolux, bought some batteries off them this year (Samsung 20S & LG HB6). When I got them, inside was a card with discount code for the site.
Ah perhaps British post has different rules than USPS. In that case I have no idea. All I’ve ever had shipped from Britain by post was a aardvark (long story)

You purchased protected cells. Although they state they are 18650, they are longer than a typical non protected 18650 due to the protection circuitry. There is a good chance they may not fit the device you purchased.

According to the Soshine product page, the protection circuitry kicks in at ~7amps. So if these could fit your device, you could not vape higher than 15 to 20 watts without the protection circuitry kicking in. It is recommended to choose a Sony, LG, Samsung or Molicel with a CDR rating that will match your preferred wattage. Mooch’s chart gives some recommended batteries and an approx. wattage per CDR

I concur. I missed the protected bit. There’s several ways that those things are more harm than good. I personally suggest canceling the batteries out of the order if you can and buying some good ones from someone on @Mooch ’s reliable vendor list.
