Yes you can use a clearomizer on your Kgo. They sound great in theory & I admit they do look handsome.
But for those of us who are beginners, we don't need to get too frustrated with the mechanics of vaping just starting off lest we end up quitting & going back to ciggies. That is why many folks recommend the cartomizers. & Boges are good quality.
Go ahead & try out the clearomizers...just keep in mind that there have been reports of leaking & plastic burning taste.
But if you've got some cartomizers in stock as a simplified backup vaping method, you won't get all frustrated if the clearomizer doesn't work out for you.
Just a suggestion.
Keep comin back. We're glad you're here.
Ok whick Kgo do I get again, there are so many links I got lost. LOL Link please again?

A slightly cheaper option for the KGO - you get the kit, plus a box of five cartos, plus a 36 ml bottle of juice for $45 and free shipping:
Elite Vaporworks KGO Starter Kit with Boge LR Cartomizers - KGO
Not as many color choices as Hoosier and doesn't come with the better-looking "big bore" cones though. I have bought from both vendors and both are rock-solid with fast shipping. Depending on how much you vape, a batt will last you 1-3 days between charges.

With a tank, you only need to refill once every day or three. Something like this:
Elite Vaporworks Vision eGo Clearomizer - 2.1-2.4 Ohm - Smoke - 510 Cartomizers and Tanks

There are lots of different tank/carto models and types; check different vendors. I like the one I linked to although occasionally you'll get a leaky one so buy two. :) They're cheap!

this also gets my vote, If your on a budget. You get everything you need and some liquid to start.. I been vaping on the same battery for almost 2 days on a single charge, I find this amazing compared to a standard 510.

They will work just fine with the kGo. I use the same exact ones.

I been using 2 of those, and have already cleaned them once so far with no ill effects. They work like new after I cleaned them up to switch flavors. depending on how much you vape 2 stardusts could last you a whole day. I know that's what I'm getting out of them, and the flavor and TH is just fine to me. It's different between people.. some people love them...some people hate them. I like them, but wouldn't call It love. They do what they're made to do, and do it well.

I've only had the stardusts 3 days but I have had no big issues with them. If you chain vape I noticed they like to spit a little liquid but you'll find a sweet spot with them.

I promise I will order today, but I wanted to know the difference between these two please.

Elite Vaporworks KGO Starter Kit with Boge LR Cartomizers - KGO

KGO Tank E Cigarette Starter Kits With 20ml E Liquids

nevermind, the second link I think is crap, atomizer isn't as good right? Trying to learn. You all are really nice for helping me by the way. I truly appreciate it.

I cannot go back to regulars because I cannot afford it. Not even a PK. Buy this kit means I'm eating PB&J for a few weeks. lol

you are better off with the first link from Elite Vaporworks.

that second one just doesn't look right to me. you won't be disappointed with the kit from EVW, it comes with 36ml of liquid and some LR cartomizers. the avg price of 30ml is around $15 and the cartomizers cost about $8 box, so that's $23 your saving right there.

my kGo was purchased from HoosierECig. Same kit as EVW offers, just no liquid or LR cartomizers included. both priced at $45

That looks like a nice kit and would meet your needs and give you long battery life. Good price too! I wouldn't try a tank right now.. get the hang of filling and using the cartos first, then look at tanks.
Yep. Bullette agrees with Donnah. Keep it simple to start. Staying off the ciggies is the priority here. We can get into the hobby mode later.

And bodrell agrees with Bullette, donnah et al on the KGO with BOGE cartomisers (five included with the elite kit.) With the big bottle of juice included, this is by far the best deal on the KGO kit I'm aware of. I have a total of four KGO kits, so that's 8 batteries, plus the accessories - I carry 2-4 different colored ones with me, each a different flavor because I like variety. :)

Lera, the Clearmizers/Stardusts/other thingies that look similar are just another option...I am starting to prefer them to the BOGEs just because you fill it once or twice a day, you can see how much is left and it cuts down the fuss factor.

I think Bullette and I have been vaping about the same amount of time (going on 4 months for me, ignore my join date) and I know how confusing it is! It starts making much more sense once you have the thing in your hands, trust me. Also, once you get your KGO, ignore the instructions about charging the battery that come with it. No need to charge for an hour, use, then for another eight hours or whatever it says. Mine have all come with a pretty good charge right out of the mail box.

Thanks Guys ordering in a few minutes but after talking to my husband he said I can order a little extra too. So if I wanted to buy lets say extra battery, cartomiser, atomizer, and or extra charger how do I know what will work with the one I order and what is the best cartomiser to get? I'm going to order the kit, plus an extra cartomiser and atomizer just in case I screw something up learning to use it. LOL

That kit comes with two batteries. Don't bother with another yet. A spare charger is cheap and a great idea.

If you are looking to get More cartos...it may be worth placing the order at two places. - Boge is a great deal on boge (get the LR) cartos, especially if you can swing $23. They also have a great price on a spare charger in this: 510 USB Charger

After that, you will "need" nothing but juice...and the elite kit gets you plenty to get started. The RY4 flavor from them did well for me, and also a surprise was the green tea.

I would like to get a wall charger in case my PC dies or something. Do they work well?

The charger I posted can be used with the wall adapter you will get in your kit ;)

Or a multitude of other wall chargers, ipod, phones, etc. Anything where you can take the cable off and have USB.

I don't see any pictures that shows the KGO kit Elite Vaporworks KGO Starter Kit with Boge LR Cartomizers - KGO has any adaption to a wall, nor the one you linked too. Sorry for coming across so ..... I'm very dense with all this.

Good call, that one is on me. I was assuming and not remembering very well when I opened mine up. I have so many of the adapters around I never even noticed it.

Tell you what. I will fix my error. You order without the wall plugs, and PM me your address. I will send you two of them on Monday. You will be my first PIF (pay it forward) :) I'm not stacked on spare vape gear, but I have lots of wall chargers!

Not to add to any confusion, as yes it is a lot to take in initially (but well worth it nonetheless), but the KGO kit from Hoosier ecig supply while not coming with juice, does come with 2 atomizers. It was my first PV kit I purchased (sans a sub par mall kit a few years back) and I will say those atomizers came through for me when I ran out of cartomizers. One lasted 8 months of solid use believe it or not! Plus, it allowed me to dabble in dripping, which is now my preferred way of vaping. Just a thought.

Good luck with whatever choice you make - with the KGO you cannot go wrong.
