I became so frustrated with my dse 901s, sorry to say I gave up. So Im back to try again! I like the looks of the ego paisley batts 900 or 1100 at Vapor Girls, but having a problem with choosing best clearomizer or tank. I am allergic to pg so need 100% vg or 5-95. Keep getting conflicting info that they will clog up constantly, then others say they work fine.
Help please! I truly want this to work this time but have burnt out my brain with all the info on line.

I recommend making you own liquids, if you cannot get verification that a commercial juice has no PG...but then flavorings themselves often are mostly PG. I DIY, and I cannot tolerate PG in higher than 10%, which is generally the max flavor I use for a juice I make. I also thin with 10-20% distilled water.

That said, VG juices, even thinned, can have wicking problems with some tank systems. For my ego batts, I prefer LR Boge cartos and a drip tip. VG juices to very well in dual-coil carto tanks ( generally around 1.5 ohms), but that is more current draw than the ego should be subjected too, mainly because the button switch is not rated to higher than 2 amps, if that.

I have had good luck with VG juices in 3.0 ohm CE2-type clearomizers and cartos, but it has to be thinned pretty well. VG juices do not work well with Ego-T tanks.

If the VG juice is not darkly colored, it will not clog an atty/carto/tank. I use mine all the time, but if the juice is very dark clogging can eventually happen. Vg itself does not decompose, and its generally flavor decomposition that can lead to clogging, not VG.

Thicker VG juices are fantastic for atty dripping. Highly recommended.
