TL/DR: I recommend the Rose because it is an all around great tank with easy maintenance and great for starters with zero issues whatsoever.
Matt,
Depending how like your vape will help recommending tanks. If you like it with a really open draw there are a few amazing tanks now. If you like somewhat tight, so that you can lung hit with a little resistance or mouth to lung if you chose to, there are a TON of good options, picking one will be more dependent on looks/features that you prefer.
Lemo 2 - Awesome concept, some never before seen features, adjustable draw from crazy open and cloud machine like or tight if you want it tighter. Fill from the top with no tools. Cheap and great tank, looks... many find it bland.
Kayfun (any) - Classic tank that just works. Tight to medium draw depending which kayfun you get. None of them will really have super open draw though. Beware certain clones, many have juice channels cut too shallow so only support very low wattage vaping, the authentic ones should vape fine up to around 40 watts or so.
Kayfun derivatives - There are like a hundred tanks that use the basic Kayfun concept and look similar with varying degrees of functionality.
My personal favorites that I bought the authentic of (I have like 50 clones of various tanks and TBH they all suck or needed some modification to work right) -
Kayfun 3.1 - Draw too tight for me at full open. Filling is a pain in the .... Coil not accessible without dumping juice. - Sits on the shelf.
Kayfun 4 - Amazing vape. Super strong flavor, Not recommended for a person new to RTAs because it is a very over-engineered piece and can be finicky, I use it daily for desert juices.
Rose v2 - Good air flow, a little more than the Kayfun 3.1. Taste is off the hook, better than any other tank I have used (like 100+). Aside from user error it will never have wicking issues causing dry hits because of the design. A somewhat hot vape at 25-30 watts because of the way the chimney is shaped. Use it daily when I first wake up because it is such a good vape a low power.
Expromizer - Similar airflow to the Rose, perhaps a little more. This tank is my go to tank at the moment. This tank, is basically a kayfun but slightly bigger in every way. There are only two issues with it, First - you use a lot more cotton than most tanks because it wicks like nobodies business and if you use too little cotton it will leak. Second - Some people have issues with the number of rotating sections and seperating just the point where they want to. It is not expensive, and parts are available from exvape direct for low prices.
