Looking to wrap ~2.5ohms... best gauge/wrap combo for both evod coils and an RDA?

I am going to get my feet wet in rebuildables with a Smoke RDA... but I also have a few evod coils that I would like to rebuild as well (my experience with the new PT-style coils has left me... well... they suck). I would like to keep things simple and keep to the same gauge wire...

I am going to target 2.5 ohms mostly out of convenience... that is where my current supply of coils and carts is at, and I if I wrapped something like 1.5 and forgot and threw it on my spinner at 4+... here be dragons.

I know there is a lot of discussion going around, so sorry if I am asking a question that has been answered a thousand times... I would LOVE to see a chart showing resistance vs. gauge and wrap... but have yet to find one.

I'm not looking for legendary clouds or anything... just a good vape.

Would 32 gauge Kanthal give me the best of both worlds? Thick enough to give me flexibility in terms of playing around with resistance on my RDA but thin enough to be able to get the right size coils to find the fairly tiny evod coil body?

I know I'm going to hate myself but I'm also getting ready to dive into the deep end. I know Phil Busardo likes the Kanthol for coils but, as with anything else, it's going to (most likely) come down to your own personal preferences.

#32 kanthal is 1.3 ohm/inch
#30 kanthal is 0.8ohm/inch
