This isn't a good indicator for me either. You say you placed your order on the 16th, another said they placed theirs on the 14th and I placed my order on the 19th, so I most definately am not going to get mine anytime soon - AND I paid the extra $$$ for the faster shipping too!

I am human however, and I realize that it is the worst time of year for shipping of any kind with the holidays and all so besides them being swamped with orders, the USPS, FedEx, UPS and others are absolutely swamped too. More people then ever are ordering gifts online so the shipping this season must be breaking all-time records.

justincase don't beat yourself up about it either. You have done well in quitting and this is only a short/temporary setback. At least you've already proven to yourself and others that you can do it!

One good point was made however and that is to always try to keep an "emergency" supply handy just in case. - (some of us have too much of an emergency supply)...

I dont get where you guys are coming from with the 'Vape VG' thing. I need nicotine, thats why I use this thing. Maybe some people can fool themselves vaping VG, but not me. That said, I'm not freaking out on SeJ because I'm out of juice, I've got quite a collection, Im mad because the service is so incredibly bad.

There are some threads about using Snus and VG to make your own. This could help tide you over. VG from health food store or wal-mart and some Snus to soak it in... I sure hope it helps.

If you do go to analogs while waiting it isn't the end of the world and I bet you'll appreciate the vape but man.... If you can avoid going to them, I would. GOOD LUCK!! If you lived closer I'd drive you over some juice :D

I ordered from them and v4l at the same time on sunday 12/6/09. I got my v4l order coming from Chicago on wednesday and didnt get my order from them till friday and im about 20 miles outside of L.A. Ive noticed people who say they got there order in 2-3 days are over on the east coast. Are you guys paying for shipping or are you choosing the free shipping option?

You guys have me worried. I placed an order with stictlyejuice for my first kit plus four bottles of fluid on the 20th. From some of the reviews I read her on the forum, I assumed that was enough time to get my delivery by Christmas. Now I'm not so sure. They also haven't responded to a message I sent about an error I made on the order form, and that was like an hour or two after submitting the order.

Cignot ships fast (same day, usually - even on weekends) but I've noticed they don't ship priority (at least not with free shipping) so I wouldn't advise trying them over the holidays (my last order - on the 13th - took 5 days to get here). Not cignot's fault except for having no express/priority options - USPS did say received - and that's all it said till Friday, when it said 'processed through Tampa' - and I got it that afternoon.

I'm going to suggest an express option on their and hope they'll do it. I like the ecopure and love their toffee. If they'll do express for extra, I'd pay it happily when I'm low on something! (I've never noticed much difference between 'priority' and regular in my neck of the woods - but USPS usually manages 2 days with express.)

I'm not defending them but I just emailed Jane and told her about the concerns. She apologized but said the four of them are responding to hundreds of emails a day plus all the orders. With the holidays it's even crazier. Maybe we should just give them a break until after the holidays. If the bad CS continues at that point then consider changing supplier.

P.S. Jeff the creator of the Chuck is terrible about responding to emails and it takes him 3 to 4 weeks to get you his product but I don't see people complaining about him on this site.

Jeff is excellent at responding to emails in a timely manner and it take 2-3 weeks to receive a Chuck because they are custom made to order. Don't be bringing his name into this thread when it has nothing to do with him, that's just not right. Stay on the topic at hand.

I agree, Jeff is the bomb, and I haven't received my Chuck(s) yet. It does take time to build his masterpieces because no two are alike.

The reason you don't see people complaining about Jeff, is because we have done plenty of research before ordering from him. The man works a full time job, and build hundreds of Chucks in his spare time.

So as to be on topic, I have ordered from strictly e-juice, and I had no problems from them. I had both orders I placed from them in my mailbox within 4 days of ordering. There were no problems with my orders, so I cannot share any customer service advice with you.

I'm not putting him down. I'm just making a point. If he spent all his time answering email we probably wouldn't see our orders for a month or two. The same could be said for StricklyEJuice.

It's the holidays and everone's busy so give them a break until after the holidays.

Wow! Lots of responses on this thread. Thanks guys. I had to step away from the comp. for awhile and never expected in a million years all this support!
I'm there with Kase, I don't want to just vape vg and Lorann's I need nicotine! Not sure I am to comfortable with the whole soaking the snus stuff....I did get an email reply from Jane at SeJ, and she told me she was on the phone with USPS checking on my shipping address and that they put her on hold. She said she would get back with me on what she finds out. Not sure I understand exactly what she means by checking on my shipping address. If she has a tracking number, she can certainly forward that to me...........Not that it would do any good, but it would give me re-assurance that it IS in the mail.
Thanks for all the PM's. Lots of useful info in there.

Boy, you guys sure know how to pull together for a fellow vaper! I'm impressed.:wub::thumbs::thumbs::thumbs:
