510 CLEAROMIZER 2.8-3.0 OHM

These were the newest ones with the crack proof tubes i believe ( unless i'm mistaken). I have been waiting for them to get back on stock but now cannot even find them listed. They were short/regular size not the XL.

I need the ones that say they use the new crack proof tubes.

I can't find the post, but Hoogie said a few weeks ago that a discontinuation of the royal smoker products was likely. Can't blame him on that one, and I sort of feel bad for asking him to stock them a few months ago. CE2s are... well, they're a pain. They can be made to work, but if the customer isn't a forum reader or a natural tinkerer, then it isn't likely they'll find any CE2 to be worthwhile. - I have a few map tanks and use the XL CE2s. If I wasn't willing to tinker with them, I'd sell the MAP tanks and never touch another CE2.

Six,I have to agree, they are a pain but when you do get them working, they're great. I have never found one that I didn't have to mod. Hoog was saying that Royal Smokers was hard to deal with. They were dictating what quantity to purchase and the selling price. Maybe the new Vision clearos will be a decent replacement.

Are those Visions fatter than CE2's? I don't see the metal ones either. I am going to be really bummed if I can't get the metal ones anymore. I'm too hard on equipment to fuss with the plastic ones anymore, but I hate polyfil, and really don't want fat cartos, so I hope something can fill in the gap for those of us who like the top coils the way they are.

ETA: Maybe they could offer the metal tubes in reg and XL carto sizes. Then I could buy the Bauway clearos and swap out the tubes. It wouldn't solve the OP's problem, but I would be grateful. :D
