LorAnn Cheesecake color

I have noticed that after mixing LorAnn Cheesecake with PG/VG, the color starts off as a very pale yellow and gradually changes to a medium amber, then stops changing.

The process takes several days and seems to have no effect on flavor (It tastes very good!).

I don't suspect that anything harmful is going on, but am just curious to see whether anyone else has experienced this, or has any idea what might be happening.

Here is my recipe:
Eastmall flavorless 36mg - 4.5ml
Electronic Ash PG - 4.5ml
LorAnn VG - 1 ml
LorAnn Cheesecake - 3ml
