I tink the Zen's use 3/4 for the top cap o-ring.

Yes, the dimensions are in the FAQ. Here they are in case you did not already find them...
For both the standard and mini Zenesis, the tank o rings are 5/8" OD 1/2" ID x 1/16" and the cap o ring is 3/4" OD 5/8" ID x 1/16"

oh man i got my zen today and let me tell you what! This is the best PV i have ever used/seen! this thing is absolutely amazing! Also would like to add that Zens customer service is the best that i have ever experienced! A+++++ for this product and service! would also like to give a should out for this thread, this thread is great for new Zen owners it saved me alot of time
