Losing flavor

I've been noticing that my juices seem to be losing flavor as time goes on. First couple of days its great then it starts dropping off. Has anyone else notice that?

If you would tell us what flavors you are using and what kind of battery and atomizer you have, folks may be better able to offer suggestions.

Could be anything from the amount of flavor you used to the additives you used. Give us some details about the mix and we will be better able to help you.

It doesn't seem to matter what flavors I use. Currently I'm using black cherry, peppermint,menthol and koolada. I don't think its a equipment issue because I've tried different tanks and the juice taste or lack of taste the same.

I have this problem off and on, mostly about 2 weeks ago, just started vaping 4 weeks ago. I wasn't drinking water, I'm pretty much an anti-water person, drink caffeine free diet coke most of the day. Many people on here imparted the knowledge that vaping dehydrates you and especially your mouth. I started drinking water and after two days, the flavors started to re-emerge. It also helps to rotate flavors. I now rotate 3 flavors every day, when one goes flat, I pick up another one. Seems to be working for me.

I don't think its vaper's tongue. Because when I switch to a different juice its OK but when I go back to my diy juices the flavors are muted compared to where they were a few days ago.

Try keeping your liquids in a dark box/container away from the sun. I used to keep my juices on my dresser right next to my window, and after a few days of exposure to the sun, they would change color and I would notice a drastic drop in flavor.

I do that already. And they are in blue glass bottles. I'm starting to think I should just make enough that I can Vape in 3 days or so. That way I won't have this problem.

I was keeping my juices in a Montecristo cigar box, but just upgraded to a Whitman's Sampler box, more room And I can keep the box near me without worrying about it getting exposed to light.

The only time that I've had flavor loss was after I added some sucralose sweetener to some TFA Cinnamon Danish mix, after about a week it went flat and I through it out.

So... what brand of flavors did you use, did you add any sweetener, EM, vinegar ect... You need to give more info if your looking for advise

I'm using tfa flavors and I've only used sweetener only on one juice. No em or anything else on any of the others.

I think I figured it out. I added a couple of drops of lemon juice and the flavor returned.
