OK has anyone had this happen?

About a month into vaping, and I have tapered off analogs to the point that I haven't had one for a couple days now. However, I have noticed my voice is getting a little frog like the past few days.

I am drinking plenty of fluids, and don't have a cold. Actually been feeling better except for the voice thing. So is this normal?

Same here , have noticed it on and off for the last 1-2 months and I have been vapeing for over 10 months. It may just be coincidental since our weather has gotten much dryer here in florida in the last few months. I didn't notice this in the wet summer months. This never happened to me when I smoked though. Hmmm(?)

LOL School kids are always "sick" in the morning. :glare: I noticed my voice has changed some I think it's because at first my mucus got thicker then as time has gone on it's gotten better. It may not be a cold it could just be that you're body is flushing itself out. Give it a few more days dry drinking something warm, coffee works for me.

Yes! I'm having the same issue.
Having the constant feeling of having to clear my throat, along with a scratchy voice. My last cig was on Sept. 26 and this problem has only been present for 2 or 2-1/2 weeks. It's not getting any better, but I don't seem to be getting "sick" either.
This wasn't happening for my first 2 months of vaping. I checked the medical threads for any mention of this, but found nothing. All I saw there was that your lungs will clear as a result of quitting smoking. This did happen within the first week or two, then subsided. I've never had this happen unless I had a cold, and then, it only lasted a couple of days. I find it extremely annoying and hope it goes away very soon.

Try taking a mucinex before bed. (not the one with decongestant in it, just the plain one) it'll help thin your secretions so you can deal with them more easily.
I know it's broken record time but "drink water. Then drink some more water. Then have a drink of water" especially before bed. It'll help the mucinex work.

I am kind of bouncing between an 80%vg mix and a 90% pg. So its not necessarily the VG helping since I vape that more than the PG.
As far as staying hydrated goes. That's not a concern, I have been through dehydration treatment before and not going to do that again. For me to drink 1+ gallons of non-alcoholic beverages per day is not uncommon.
