All very good advice, Liberty Flights, Riva or eGo, 5 pack of cartomizers (I suggest the Boge 2.0) and juice. 20% off. You should be good to go with that.
I just ordered last week and it was recommended that I get 2 boxes of Boge 510 Cartomizers 2.ohm and two 510/901 delrin drip tips type D. ($1.59 ea) That's if you want to drip or use cartomizers. I really know nothing about carts.
That way you can drip or use cartomizers. Then I got a bunch of juice. Someone recommended that I have at least 30 ml to start.
Your taste may differ from mine but I really didn't like the carts that came with the kit. But I smoke menthol.

One more suggestion re: cartomizers. Get the XL size for the eGO. They fit the Riva as well. You can add more juice to those and they'll last much longer than a standard cartridge.
You'll get some cartridges and atomizers with the Riva kit, so if you like those, that's good too. The cartomizers are an atomizer and a cartridge in one, so less fiddling.
You'll at least have cartridges/atomizers AND XL cartomizers, and can decide from there what you prefer.
You "could" get yourself a Riva kit and an eGO USB Passthrough (but you'll need a USB car cigarette lighter adapter if your car doesn't already have a USB port right by you), and then vape while the battery is charging, plus have the backup Riva batteries.
All of the atomizers/cartridges/cartomizers mentioned above will fit the eGO Pass through too. Riva is a rebranded eGO.

My suggestion here is about juice (E-Juice, e-liquid) Don't buy a ton of it right off. It's nearly impossible to predict what flavor and strength you're going to like/need. Get some sample packs where you can pick each flavor and strength for each bottle/pack of cortomizers you get. I'd recommend getting at least one bottle/pack of 6mg, 12mg, 18mg and maybe even a 24mg bottle/pack in a few different types of flavors your might like. Nothing is going to taste exactly like tobacco, that's just a fact, but mint flavors seem to do better for me than actual menthol flavors and I was a menthol smoker. The flavors are going to be subjective.
I got really lucky. I smoke Newport and ordered 30 ml of Nuport from nhaler and love it.

I ordered thru Liberty Flight and called them for some additional information. Tony answered many questions for me and made the whole process so easy, he even threw in a cherry cola juice!!! 7 (5ml) sample juices plus the freebie AND the Riva 510 starter kit with 20% off was under $55.00 WOW. To think I was going to by the safe cigs with no choices in flavor but tobacco and pay $137.00. THANKS ya'll are awesome!!
You made a great purchase, I am sure you will be very happy with your choices. Now it's time to stalk the mailman, it is a side effect of vaping that we all get..lol.
I started with the blu's. Never again. I'd stay away from any of the ones that are automatic batteries. They seem to be way too fickle.
Forgot to mention, I went with Vapor4Life. I can't say enough on how great my experience with them has been so far. I was a pack a day smoker and since I recieved my package on December 20th, I haven't touched an analog cigarette. Their cartomizers are great and reliable IMO. Their juice selection is awesome. If you have the money, I'd suggest picking some of the prefilled cartos and blank cartomizers to refill your own. USB pass through is also a nice surprise. Clouds of vapor
