Lost package?

Hi I placed and order last Sunday and according to the tracking information the last update was on the 18th when it was departing north Houston at 6.24 . Nothing has changed and its estimated delivery was today and there was nothing. What happens if my package is lost in transit? I thought maybe the site was just screwed up but it doesn't seem like it. I was excited that it was going to come before Christmas but.its not looking so good now. What can I do? Order #is 1072354. Thanks

Give it another day your PO may have it. My last package showed no updates after Houston.

I was hoping that it was just because of the holidays. Just checked and it was finally updated. I'm thinking it should come tomorrow now.

I bet the truck got slowed down in the Midwest snowstorm. Hopefully it's not one of the many jack knifed trucks I saw on the news.
I know they make it in a day to Chicago from Houston but up there in yah hey land must add on a day.
