Looks like lost vape is at it again. What happened to the no new products after 8/8? Maybe this one won't be available in the US?

I imagine around a hundred bucks, as that seems pretty standard, at least until it's been on the market for a while.
Your still going to see new products for probably another year or more. Most companies made new products and just sold 1 to there distributor or to anyone for that matter. As long as they have a receipt of sale dated 8-7 then it is free to be sold for 2 years. Of coarse they are not going to flood the market but rather roll them out slowly. This way we always have a new goodie to throw our money at each month.
I talked to 1 mfg who had just returned from a vape show and he told me just that. Smart move on there part but they only have 2 years.
I also saw a youtube of a small US mfg say that they have 26 products that they got made prior to 8-8 and will slowly roll them out.
This isn't going to stop China though in 2 years, they could care less about the FDA. Just going to make it tougher to get items into the USA but there is a black market for everything.
