I've just been to Campi's PP and see she hasn't turned yet. Am guessing it's still 25 past the hour for turnings.

So, meanwhile ... I'm all dressed up and awaiting the thrilling Campi turning!

For the past week and a half I've been packing for a long weekend camping trip. Last night(1 a.m.) we called it off due to bad weather. All that work for nothing. I was upset that I wasn't going to be here for my 'turning', but it looks like I might make it after all!

It also looks like I have alot of work to do on another thread. 8-o Thank you so much for all the congrats over there! This could take me a while. Just wanted you all to know I finally looked and I LOVE it!!!

I thought you would enjoy seeing these neat fruit that are produced by the pindo palm out by the pool. This palm produces both fruit and nuts and the squirrels are usually crowded round the clusters, munching and dropping mushy tidbits on the pool deck lol.




And surprise, surprise, when I blew the walkway I found these beauties hanging!

And.......... we're back to the bananas.

For the most part, the 'hardware' and necessities(tent, tarps) are always packed. But it's the little things, and food(canned goods, snacks, meals, etc) that takes so long to prepare. Yes, I do hope we get to go at least one more time this year.
