I've never had chicharones, but I love Mexican. If this is Cuban, it's probably much the same. However, we may need to switch to Margaritas for this.

it is mostly Latin, i know they make it in mexico, but for sure it is mostly found in Colombia and Cuba
I looked at it and it looked like Pork. I Googled it and it says they're like Pork Rinds. I think I'd like it. Are they Spicy?
If it's even really Pork or Meat any more. Hamburger has so much Junk added... I don't really want to go there.

no indeed but you can put hot sauce on them if you like , or cook the belly on a spicy sauce , not fried this time
When I eat Mexican, I like it with a Mild Sauce, but I'm not into Hot, and certainly not Jalapeño.
yes , it is the way the feed the animals, a real chicken if feed with natural food needs 5 month to gain 4 pound but today any 3 months old chic can gain 5 ponds
years ago pork was something special, if you were trying to fry pork at home it was smelled 2 blocks away, and it was hard to eat pork 2 days in a row, the flavor was strong, now pork does not smell and you can take it every day
