Hi everyone :):) I saw the athletic director at work and she said it's probably not a pinched nerve it's just inflamed from too much ten key at work. She gave me some icy hot type gel and a tennis ball. I am supposed to put the tennis ball between me and a wall, find the really sore spot and hold it there with some pressure on it, then roll it around it. I can also get the tennis ball wet and freeze it, makes a great ice pack. Also......I'm supposed to not be typing if I don't have to......so back to the ball then some ice.

Have an awesome Friday!!! TGIF :toast:

Ooh, I know about the tennis ball!

Stop typing and rest your hands/shoulders.

Hey Fudgey. I've gotten that same advise before. I didn't like it so I didn't do it. :( Let us know how it works for you.

I totally agree, Jag. And right wingers are notorious for doing that. BUT....I don't think any of us have a clue as to what this is going to do to the middle class. Someone has to pay for these subsidized premiums.....and all the extra employees that these programs are going to need. And people who have really good health insurance now are going to see their premiums skyrocket. Can you name me any government programs that are run smoothly and efficiently?

I talked to my bank today about getting preapproved for a mortgage, just to see what I qualify for and she told me that most lenders won't loan money just for land if there isn't a house on it. That doesn't make any sense to me. Does anybody know anything about this?

A house can be rented by the lender in a pinch and houses are generally easier to sell than a piece of land. It takes a lot to put a house up on a piece of land, connecting utilities etc, so land is even less "liquid" an asset to the lender.

I agree. O'care wants to cover everyone and cover more. Insurance companies hike rates, Fed subsidizes, some of us get more coverage and pay less. Some tax hikes have already been implemented, some more may be coming. As I said earlier, in some ways, we have already been paying for non-insured folks who showed up at a hospital for service. I don't know how the numbers will settle out. The biggest shortcoming of O'care I saw was it did not directly address healthcare costs. We need more information...and time.

 Ok, ok...

Glammy when she gardens

I like her too. :D
