Thanks. They have a lot of customers in our area, who are all in the same situation, no cable, no DSL. When asked how long will it take to upgrade the tower, they said.....two weeks. It's like the Money Pit movie.
I love that movie! I can relate to it in so many ways with my old house. I hope they resolve it sooner than that.
