Glam...I love waking up to your posts. They really help me to wake up especially the slug pic.
I slept like a baby last night.
I was wide awake a 1am so I took a muscle relaxer instead of Ambien and wow! It kicked in around 1:30 and stumbled into bed and was out like a light. Only woke up once (damn bladder) and went right back to sleep. I got a good 8 hrs sleep but I'm a little groggy this morning but it was worth it.
I was hoping the muscle relaxer would help my back because I can feel it slipping out again. Must have been that walk yesterday.

Thank you, Terry....I try to amuse. So happy you slept....I hate being sleep deprived. Hope Sun was able to sleep also. Maybe she needs to try a muscle relaxant.

Thanks Glam. I took the muscle relaxant to help me sleep and to also help my back but it feels like it's slipped out again. It's not pinching the nerve but it's sore.
I hope Sun got some sleep too.

Was cleaning and I did the keyboard. I went to use it and was typing away, and looked up and nothing. I forgot to turn the darn thing on again!
buy low, sell high, which means buy when it's down and sell when it's up.

That's true sometimes but I got adjusted 2 days ago and felt great yesterday. Today my back is getting more sore by the minute. It's definitely out again. I'm sure my ankle has something to do with it not staying in.
