hello Campy, what is unknown to me is the time you joined the forum, the only thing I know is the time of your first post

I went back to find my 'welcome to ecf' email and I don't have it. :( I got a new PC since then and didn't save alot of my old emails. (easy way to clear it out. lol) But knowing me, I probably posted 15 minutes after I signed up. :)

That had to be cool!! Pictures?

Opinions please. Eye doc is into health stuff. I know
He said as we get older, we need more healthy stuff for our diet. Guess I knew this. :D

Anyway he said I didn't have to turn my life upside down but at least do nutrition drinks which is why I got Gatorade. Any ideas as to the best one?

Sorry jj, I haven't tried any of the juices in markets except for Spicy Hote V8 and cranberry juice, name was something like Just Cranberry - 100% cranberry juice that you dilute yourself, but it came from a health food store. For fruit juices, you always need to dilute them b/c of the high sugar content. Anyway, I got myself a Breville juicer that I make my own juices at home with. I think it was $98, but it is super quick and easy to clean out which is usually just emptying the pulp and rinsing the blades. I love cucumber water, so I juice my own cukes too ... and dilute them. If I want to jazz them up, when I pick fruit from my peach, nectarine and orange trees, I can put them in Sparkletts carbonated water or Perrier. Sorry I couldn't be more help.

Hey Lis ...... like my new dress? :D

Aloha Dale. Your avi is just darling ... you wear it well!:)

Hello Sea, My Boo. :)

I hope you're having a Great Saturday.

Gearing up for Halloween yet?

Aloha VG!:) Yes, I'm having a great Saturday ... am looking at some dressing recipes. I'm running low and want a new flavor ... going to try a cilantro lime dressing and also a spicy tahini one. I love salads, but unfortunately keep adding this and that, and it usually ends up in a large pot instead of a tidy bowl.

Nope, I don't celebrate nor acknowledge halloween in any way.

I use to do diluted cranberry juice. Just got away from it. I'm searching for my alternatives. :)
