JJ....sorry about the migraine. I've never had one but I've had to doozy headaches that probably don't compare.

Glam...Good luck with that chicken.

We're having a stretch of sunshine so BF and I are planning on putting plastic on most of my windows to help insulate this leaky trailer. I'm not looking forward to doing that.

jj -- I'm soooooooorry you have been suffering from a migraine. They are absolutley the pits! I sometimes get them at school and either turn off my classroom lights or wear sunglasses to cut the light. Keep things dim tonight! So glad you had some T-3 on hand and I hope you are feeling better now.

Well, I was w......w......w.....mistaken. The chicken turned out golden brown and beautiful. Cooked to perfection....but it was dry. We had to load it with bbq sauce to give it moisture. We are thinking that at this house, whole chicken should be baked or thrown into a pot, and cooked until ready for noodles.

I'm at least to the point of not counting the minutes until it's time to taking more, and I'm actually eating something!!!

Chicken needs basted w/something constantly when we grill it.

Jj, this was smoked, and you cannot open the lid much because the temp needs to be maintained....and basting the outside of this bird would not have helped. But maybe an injection before smoking....one of those full of fat ones....might have made it more moist.

Glad you are a little better.....hope the food makes it go away quickly.
