I hate to run as soon as Campi shows up.... but I REALLY didn't mean to stay this long  I was just going to take a quick break from cleaning. You all were so much fun I couldn't leave!!

I still have a lot to get done tonight so I will say "goodnight".

Some things never change... :glare:  Glad you are back safe and sound Tink!!! Hope to see you tomorrow.

Sorry you can't sleep, Sun :( My older son just now fell asleep, finally. He has to be at work at 7:30. Sounds like you both are going to have long days! (((hugs)))

Good morning, Beachers.

Sun, I hate seeing you post at such an ungodly hour...it makes me sad. You need to research and try some different sleep aids. Add my hugs to Tink's.

Jag....I cannot even begin to debate your brain teaser....not smart enough. Sorry it did not cause me any cerebral exercise.

Today, the nursery is coming to plant the new trees which are replacing our removed diseased trees. I am excited because our back yard looks so bare after taking those down. I cannot have a lot of trees in back because our ground did not perc well so our septic system is huge, and no trees can be planted there or even close to any of those lines. So, removing the pear trees was a big loss. Hope I am not in the "home" before these get big enough to be decent shade trees.

Happy Tuesday, Beachers.

The one thing that I miss about doggie bath time is when it was over. Buddie would romp around the house like crazy trying to recapture doggie smells.

Hi JJ! I know exactly what you mean, it's so funny to watch! Mine just escaped. He hates for his feet to be touched, I have about half of him trimmed and got to his feet....he wanted nothing to do with it. He got up and ran away. Now I have to go find him. I needed a break anyway.

Give him a little bit and then get the doggie treats out. He will find you! :D

This was how my dog was, so I finally quit bathing him. In fact, he would hide when I ran bath water, because we did not take baths, so he knew who it was for.

th

But he loved to swim when we took him to the creek or lake.

Mine does laps around the tub during bathtime. He walks around over and over and makes ME tired. He doesn't like water at all. But if you hold him over the sink, or over any running water, he pretends he's swimming.

You edited....so I am too. lol Mine does the same thing, he hears the water running in the tub and I know to go find him under the bed.

OK....I'm getting back at it....

Aloha Sun, Tink, Glam, Jade & Camps! :wub:s

Sleep is so important for the body's recovery. I hadn't slept well for 3 nights this week, was starting to show symptoms of a cold, some virus going to work, so I loaded up on water and wrapped myself in extra blankets, slept for 10 hours. Much better. Every time I short change on sleep, I can feel myself weaker. Water, warmth and rest does the trick almost every time.

p.s. I did take some aspirin and called no one in the morning. :D

Off to play with my pets...
