Afternoon Beach. I'm still having trouble staying asleep. I woke up 4 times last night but was able to get back to sleep without whiskey. It's sunny and suppose to get into the 60's today. It would be a nice day to go outside and do some chores but I probably won't.

Thanks. Yep, it's hard getting back on schedule. If I go to bed early, I just toss and turn until I wear myself out so I just stay up. Do you have anything to help you get to sleep quicker?

Yeah, we've noticed. LOL!
Go to bed ten/fifteen minutes earlier. Get use to that and then repeat. At least this is the way it works for me.
Still I think I was born a night owl. If I go to bed around one in the morning, I sleep better.

This coming from Ms. 'I'm going to lurk mode' HOURS before actually going to bed.
JK JJ...that's how I am on the weekends, but it's more like 3 or 4 a.m. That's why Sunday nights kill me, and also why that dreaded M...M...day is soooo bad. Tomorrow will feel like Monday to me, but at least it'll be a short week!
I know I tend to put it off but I do have a cut off time. Besides I don't usually have to get up at certain time.
