Use Audcity, as Sun said, or any Audio Recording program, and upload it to Google Drive / Google Docs. If you don't have an account, it's Free.
My Video of Cadeau let me post a link to it and share it like a YT Video. An Audio file doesn't have a Player in Google Drive, so the file would have to be Downloaded by whomever you give permission to.
If you decide to do this, I can help you with the Settings.
