Oh, we call them mini marts.

That be it and most of the bigger smaller towns have them.

campi we know have a big town grocery store in our little town. Everyone loves it!!

P.S. Terry - all the Dominick's stores (Safeway) are closing in Chicagoland; I believe by January. They just announced this a few days ago. The strike is probably connected to this.

P.S. Terry - all the Dominick's stores (Safeway) are closing in Chicagoland; I believe by January. They just announced this a few days ago. The strike is probably connected to this.

Wow, Safeway is the biggest chain grocery store around here. If that closed all we would have is QFC and they are already way overpriced. Think what would happen if they were the ONLY grocery store around.
