Eating is good. I wanted an Aspire nautilus. 
I need to go take a shower. Got to go to doctor's tomorrow to get blood drawn. Just for blood levels and to get thyroid checked so I have to fast while sleeping. I'm going to wake up, get dressed, jump in the car, and head over. Want it done so I can come home and EAT!!
I wish there was a way to do it without fasting! I hope everything goes well.
Oh I don't mind this one cause I sleep through it all. It's when they want you to go 24 hours or more!!! Liquid diet just doesn't get it. 8-o
Awww, sorry about that ... my doctor know's I'm going to have coffee before I go
I think you can sip water. I don't know if coffee (black) would throw it off.

Do my NutriBlend drink when I get up. Sometimes I do tea if I need a caffeine fix. Never never was a coffee fan.
