Well, that explains why during my last surgery, I woke up alone with surgical instruments sticking out of me. Guess they just could not take the view any longer.
Percocet made my hubs see people with iguana heads climbing around the bedroom door frame.
Heehe. That's fun. Iguana heads. Apparently I'm answering questions that nobody asked. I don't care. Let em laugh at me.
Then why do the gowns tie in the back?
2,000 posts on her Lurkers thread. She says it's not a competition, but she keeps bragging about how far ahead they are.
Oh and they tie in the back for the patient and other patients to feel more secure. I had a bathroom in my pre-op room but most are down the hall. It's so patients can't walk the halls and have their stuff hanging out for other patients and family members to see.
Next time take note: they are not tied when you return from surgery. They don't care. Seen one, seen them all. It's like me with a key pad. Don't even pay attention to it.

Well I was sort of talking other times.
OH. Well it's doesn't phase DH at all. When I was a RN, I didn't work OR but I saw plenty and it didn't affect me either. They're just patients. No emotional connection at all.

So happy it has moved on to OB....thanks for taking it OB.Been on the phone all morning.....they started calling me at 8:45....friends and family. Nothing wrong....just chit chat. So I have got nothing at all done so far today....still in jammies, drinking coffee.
Now, I have got to get busy. Have a visitation tonight, funeral tomorrow morning. Doing this for hubs since I personally do not believe in either one.

Ugh! It's only 10:30 and I'm all ready needing a nap but I can't take one because we have an appointment this afternoon to sign paper's for a land purchase
