I am TIRED! Didn't have that much help in getting the food pantry setup and then watching GD has done me in. Unless I perk up, I'll be lurking a lot.

Hello, Beachers...... I'm here!!!
Got home about 4:30, hubs came in after that. We talked about his day, fixed and cleaned up dinner, sat outside for a while until it got chilly.
Sis was good.....we ate lunch together, and her speech therapist came in and talked to her for about 45 minutes. All in all, a nice visit.
And now I am here and ready to play.....not even tired tonight.

DIL and I started setting things up and just about had it done when a few did show up. DIL stays for the whole thing and then closes. I know I'm tired, she has to be ready to drop dead.

I'm on the phone right now.
Four guys go and pickup the food and other items up and get back about 12/1 o'clock.
A little later usually four or five of us gals gather to put it out. A lot comes in bulk so we have to separate into smaller baggies. Boxes of can goods have to be emptied and put on tables the guys have setup. Basically it all has to come out of boxes or bags.
One of the regular gals is having trouble with her back and a couple of others are out of town because of family stuff. The ones who helped today have only done it a couple of times so we (actually DIL since she heads the thing) had to show them what to do. Which wasn't a lot since most of it was done since they showed up late. But hey they did show up.
