National Moonshine Day. Have you ever had any? I had some while stationed in California. A Reserve Chief brought in a whole gallon one Saturday while he was on drill. We were in a hut near the beach on the air base, and there were about 8 of us there. I was in charge, even though he outranked me. He asked if it would be OK if he brought it out. I said something like "I won't tell if you don't"
Let me tell you, this was some good stuff! Very well made, with tender loving care.He said a friend of his made it. We played a guitar he brought in, sang all day, and polished off that clear glass gallon jug of Moonshine, passing it around and drinking it straight out of the jug.

Yep have. Got a few people around here that make wine too. It's pretty good stuff!

I've spent plenty of time "Out" in the past, and still do.
Maybe too much. I'm always researching something. But I don't spend much time (if any) interacting in other threads anymore. I save that for here with my friends. The only other place I ever have anything to say/offer is in the GV Contest, as I know some people there. And I even minimize it there now. The people there are still mostly friendly enough, but there's one Helper in particular who has gotten too old and grumpy to be in the position held, and I find that very off-putting. If you're going to be a "Helper" then you should HELP, and not Huff and Puff, posting pictures with smoke coming out of the nostrils, and Scold people. Offer some Helpful information like the others, or Shut the Hell Up! But that's me. However, I do know that I'm not the only one who is tired of it.

I thought about that....but the pain is from worn cartilage...basically old age. I am afraid that process cannot be controlled or stopped.
The two main ingredients are curcumin (turmeric which is an inflammatory) and boswellia (pain killer and inflammatory)....the inflammatory part is what I am after.
And did you know that turmeric is not absorbed well by the body, unless taken with pepper? Pepper increases the body's ability to absorb it by 2000 percent. Just a trivia fact.
Than you will have to wait until Pepper returns!!
