There's nothing wrong with that. I spend a bit of time making mine just right, getting the coils spaced just the way I want them. Unless it's a microcoil, it's important that none of them are touching each other, and I like to have them as evenly spaced as I can get them, for better heat distribution.
Man, me too ... this is driving me insane!

Well, don't I feel silly for going on about rebuilding coils and heads.
But I do spend a little time with them. I'm hoping that Jessica, my V.A. audiologist, can get me fixed up on the 27th.
