Much better now! Thanks for asking. I went in and she did some stuff. I left and found it not to my liking again. Don't know why they don't do, in her office, what they do outside of it. I guess I just wanted to spent more time with Jessica. She's something of a Babe.
So I went back and had to wait about 30 minutes to be seen again. Not bad, as I had to wait 2 hours last time.
This time, she connected me to a device that uses a microphone in each ear to listen to what each hearing aid is actually putting out, and it compares that to what the computer is speaking. There are two sentences it says. She adjusted the hearing curves to amplify the highs more, and made some other adjustments to make them better overall. They are so much better now!!!There are still some things to get used to, but nowhere near like before. I knew it could be done better. She's so sweet and spent the time to do what she could. And I picked up the Remote Control today. I got a new Tracfone in the mail today, with Bluetooth, so I can connect to that in the car with the Remote, and anything with Bluetooth, and several other audio type devices. There's a microphone device for use with the cell phone. It has a clip on it so it can be worn on my shirt, near my mouth. I wasn't expecting everything that came with the Remote. It was a pretty cool trip out there today.

I've done nothing, nada, zilch today
Yesterday I cleaned out the cabinets and drawers in our bathroom. And around 4 this morning I cleaned the fireplace glasses. They are 'enclosed' fireplaces, so you have to unlatch the glass and take them off to clean. A PITA to do, but looks so nice when they are done.
