I see rain is headed for us....and I know the farmers will not be happy about that, but my plants are going to love it, so I am not complaining. This is going to be a crack the whip day for Glam.....I have made a to do list for hubs. My goal: to wear him out so he does not have enough energy to help the blonde secretary with her "honey-do" list.

LOL....I got confused because hubs was around all yesterday afternoon...so that made it Saturday. Poor old Glam!

Hanging out with MIL this morning. Last night I made spaghetti and a salad. I'm getting ready to make some banana bread. That'll be more cooking in 16 hrs than I've done in the last month

Somehow you will never live this down. It was a pretty good dinner....grilled pork chops (a little overcooked by the full of beer man) skillet hash browns with cheese and onions, sweet corn on the cob, cukes and vidalia onions brined in sugar, salt and vinegar, followed by strawberry-lemon cake with fresh strawberries.
And of course 3/4 of a case of beer by the 3 guys, with hubs in the lead the whole way.

Yes, overcooking the pork chops does make them tough. Most people do not know that cooking a pork chop to medium is perfect... just a slight pink color.- Status
