Or call the Nurse's station & have them page him.
He is a super nice guy but has real problems with bipolar and OCD. It takes him 45 minutes to set up for a simple case (takes most of us 10 min or less). He has enough drugs drawn up to perform a heart transplant, even when the case is a simple lap appy 
Slows down the flow of things, as you can imagine!

The greed factor is everywhere. "Pay me more, and I will give you better service than if you just paid regular already outrageous prices." Unbelievable!!
He probably already does take valium
Sounds like my bi-polar nephew. He is tiring to be around plus he has that lower-class attitude of thinking everyone should share everything with him. He's freakin' forty-five years old, on disability when he could work and still calling my sister for money and she gives it to him.
He is an enabler, as well. Finally divorced his wife, who is a mean alcoholic. Has two sons that freeload off of him He's the doctor.
This guy works a minimum of 60 hrs/week. He used to do more, but the hospital starting limiting him to 60
