Hi, Beachers.....granddaughter not a concern...she is lovely with animals and is pretty quiet so no worries. However, we put them in our laundry room/half bath, and now they are under the sink cabinet and we cannot get them at all....they will have to come out on their own. One of them did come out and use the litter box.....but then went right back. This is frustrating....even if in an unused bedroom, there are still dressers and beds for them to get under. And I cannot get down and crawl under anything because of my bad knee....but that does not matter at this point, they cannot be reached by either one of us.

Happy your kitty is doing well, Sun.....can't wait to see pics.

Great buys at the garage sales, jj. That is where I got most of the stuff for my kids when they were small....recycling is the only way to go for things that are used for such a short time.

Enjoy your evening with friends, Tink....think of us, and our exciting evening, sitting here waiting for kitties to come out.

Skinny daughter in law got them out...her arms are like toothpicks:facepalm:....now they are in the laundry room with all nooks and crannies blocked off....I think we finally solved the problem.....they are close, since the laundry room is right off the kitchen, and they are very accessible. And they have food, water, litter box, toys, scratching post....room for all that and still room to play.

Granddaughter is gone now.....peaceful here right now.

That's great! I hope the isolated area does the trick. :)

Thanks, guys. This has been as stressful on hubs and me as it is on the cats. We have had kittens before, but not ones used to a shelter...and they did not run and hide from us. Never would have suspected that....and our shelter friend said she was surprised as well since they were so friendly at the shelter. I guess the crating and moving them in a car, then putting them in a strange place put them in a panic.

Anyway, all is good now.....AND I have an excuse not to do laundry for a few days. :D

I have three: Small, medium, and large. :sneaky:

Pool done, garage sell stuff cleaned, and now catching up and supper.

What cha having, jj? We are having hamburger onion gravy over baked potatoes....one of hubs' favorites. Fattening enough as it is....but then he dumps shredded cheese on top of that. No wonder our arms would not go under the sink cabinet. :D

We had fattening for the last three/four days so tonight was a salad with tomato, chicken, and croutons.
