Hey Beach, I'm home.

VG - haven't been sleeping well. I'm averaging about 2 1/2 hrs/night now. That *%^# is wearing me out!

My big tank broke this afternoon as I got in the car. I found the broken piece in my hair ?????? and did not now it was broken so laid it in my lap to start the car. My thigh was covered in juice so I stuffed a napkin up my pants leg to soak it up. It was either that or ride home in just panties lol.

My classes are FABULOUS so far!

The babies are all having ........ so it is a challenge to keep them and their bedding clean. Lots and lots of laundry here.

Waiting to be assigned my extra, extra duty on top of morning supervision. I know it is going to end up being football duty. Trying to figure out if I will get fired if I say I'm not staying up there for an extra seven hours three-four different fridays for an unpaid duty.... and in this HEAT!!! OMG! And no place cool for my little babies...

Hello, Dear Heart.

Wow, sorry about the calamities and extra, extra duty. I know that no sleep isn't helping. But at least the classes are going good for you. :)

Oh no, jj. I made my choices before most everyone else, but then they let the admins pick their own teams. WTH? So why sign up?

Tami - teacher contracts state that we have to perform all duties assigned. Thank heavens I don't have to be on my knees!

Still catching up.

I had to go out to turn in the ones I had so they can issue new ones. I'll get them on the 28th. I had Siemens brand and I'll be getting Sarkey.

I don't know what brand DH but they seem to be working for him. Sometimes he goes without so he won't hear so well: for example working on cars and when I run the NutriBullet.

My hearing loss isn't really all that bad. Since it's only highs I have trouble with, it's harder for them to work with me. Some things I hear OK, and it distorted them or made them sound like a rattle. I wrote a description of what they do and don't do for Jessica to evaluate. She thinks this brand will be better suited for my loss. We'll see.

DH has problems with hearing people talking normal although they didn't have to scream: just raise their voice a bit. Also people sounded like they were mumbling.

Sort of that way with me. Not as bad as him but I'm a getting there.

Speaking louder does it for me, too. But I wanted them for movies so I don't have to use subtitles, or at least not have to read so much of them..

Yeah I have to have the TV up but at a theater it's not much of a problem.

So you said you were having trouble sleeping. Is it getting better?

The theater is where it's the worst for me. At home I can turn it way up and use subtitles. There are no subtitles at the theater, and at a friend's house, they usually don't want to play it that loud and can't get subtitles, unless it's a DVD, but not for PPV or Cable.

I've been doing pretty good with sleeping for the past week. I pass out early and get up pretty early.
