    Is that just storage for the eliquid, or is it feeding that carto? You can direct feed a carto? :ohmy:

    Yes. These are called Squonkers. You squeeze juice into the Cartomizer to keep it wet. They need a special kind of 510 for that. Some people use them with Atomizers, too.

    I know a guy who drilled a hole through the 510 of a Dripping Atomizer and he keeps his Hemp Twine wet in a Dripper like that, with a Squonker. Funny name for it, huh? :laugh:

    Sorry the picture is so big, but this is an example of a Squonker 510, also known as a Bottom Feed 510 Connector. The juice bottle connects to the other end, and the Cartomizer screws over that metal center tube. The juice is fed into the Carto when the bottle is squeezed. Any excess is sucked back into the bottle. It's a pretty good system.
