And DH is going to Camden tmr to work so I'll really be off
I check the computer in the morning.
I've been following the story of Raina - a little kitten whose eyes were infected with herpesvirus. Her little eyes exploded. They have now been removed and hopefully she is going to make it.
Poor baby.
That breaks my heart. It's not fair that these things can happen to such innocence.

I know. It hurts my heart that so many animals suffer like this daily. Raina was found in the bottom of a garbage bin, searching for food. If she survives all of this Adopt Global will find her a good match for a home.

Yes, but it never seems like enough. When that alarm goes off at 4:20 it almost shatters my brain. Not too much longer that I will have to do that - in reality.

My azz is tired of this chair so I am gonna scoot. Have a lot on my plate for tomorrow and have to go pick up 2x4 on Sunday to bring him home. He is not doing well at the Petco - cries incessantly. Wants mama and brother, I suppose.

Just spent the evening pricing checks. I haven't ordered them in a long long long time.
Seems inflation has gotten to them too.
Thing is the start price isn't bad. It's when they get done adding this and that (even with free shipping) the price balloons!! 8-o

First thing I added was the duplicate option so I'd have a copy since this is the acct for sis' estate.
Then they add handling (which pretty much kills the free shipping).
Then of course there is pesky the tax thing.
Guess it's just you and me so I'm going to scoot and read or watch TV so into lurk mode I go.

Dealing with checks for the evening seems less stressful that what you have been dealing with. I know it won't be over for a while, but I hope it is lessening.

Zip lining was FUN!! I'm sore and hobbling around like a gimp, but still am having a great time After the zip line adventure ( I will post pic.s ) we came back to the cabin, built a fire in the fire pit, and roasted hot dogs. Sat around, ate, drank, and shot the breeze
Our friends have to leave tomorrow but hubs and I extended the rental for one more day We are staying til Sunday.
