Cow tongue is really good too.....it has a great beef flavor. Hubs will not come in the house when I cook it....but it is delicious.

Many cultures do not waste any part of the animal.....head cheese and brains, I cannot bring myself to eat. Putting these in front of me would help me diet....8-o

Not a lot to see.
Tomorrow we board a train around nine and ride to the Grand Canyon. Spend a few hours and ride the train back.

They're really hard to hang onto also when you're trying to wrap them

Hey, jj.....glad to see you. These people are making me sick.
We had lunch that probably served the best hamburger that I have ever had. I only ate half of it and I'm still full. Of course I had some onion rings too and they were yummy too.
Just read up on Williams, AZ.....its claim to fame is boarding the train to the Grand Canyon.
