Love the 601/602

I have to say the 601/602 Hybrid is a great smoke. I really like the exposed atty which makes it easy to dip or drip. Also to clean. Also the carts are really easy to refill. Just pop out the inner cart with a paperclip and your good to go. I've had it about 2 weeks now and no problems so far. I also have the Protege which I use at home and the 602 for on the go. Battery charge is very fast, about 30 to 45 min. Battery life is average.
Sean is very responsive to emails and support is excellent. I highly recommend the product.

Just got my 601/602 hybrid yesterday. Have to say that it performs really well for such a small pv. Good flavor and vapor, decent throat hit, especially while dipping. Only problem I have is with the cartridges, they seem to be good for a few drags and then nothing. Is it me or is it them? I tried the PTB carts too and not much better.
Any advice on improving the cart performance?

I've found mine good for 10+ drags, maybe more, never counted between refills.

I put about 10 drops in a new cartridge, until it has a meniscus. Topping up with 3 - 4 drops a few times an hour.

I did have some issues with batteries as well as the charger. A few batteries lasted less then a week and then would not charge. The chargers themselves do not flash when fully charged as they are supposed to. Doesn't matter much as I always have one on charge and one on the go. Takes about an hour to charge, and I get about an hours use if heavy vaping, several hours when at work.

I to have had great service from Sean, he responds to emails quickly and stands behind his products. He replaced my defective gear right away, with no hassles whatsoever.

Highly recommended.

I get quite a few puffs with mine before I have to top off. Only about 4 or 5 drops.
As for service Sean is one of the best. I had an issue with the wall charger and he replaced it fast.
As for your charger not flashing, the blue light on the USB connecter will flash rapidly when it is charged. Mine charges fast, about 45 min. but I leave it on a bit longer anyway.
All in all a great product especially in public if you don't want to carry the larger ones.

I want to pick up the 602 monday.

From what I noticed about my m401 (not from here) is that , especially after my DIY TPB mod, letting the atty of my 401 push down the mini cart back inside the filter, then it drains it to the bottom nearly every time.

Thanks for the advice, guys. I do have the carts working better now. Gdoggs tip about pushing the cart into the filter with the atty was especially helpful. Had a small problem with the auto batt and Sean is replacing it. He is indeed one of the good guys. Very happy with the service and recommend him to one and all!

Another thing I do with TPB mod.
I flip the filler.

So instead of a V shape at the bottom its at the top.
Seems to work better for me.

I've been using the Blue Foam (marine Filter) and getting excellent results. Easy to insert and easy to trim to right size. Does not have to be exact.

This is my first e-cig. I was very skeptical of e-cigs before. A friend had bought one that came with prefab carts and a PCC. It didn't really work well, and I passed e-cigs off as a gimmick. Well, not too long ago I read a news story about e-cigs and decided to do some research. The research paid off. I've had it for 2 days, and this thing is amazing. Good vapor, good throat hit. Battery life is great to me. I highly recommend it.

gdogg: Agreed. A 510 to 602 adapter would be optimal. Although, I'd buy a pass through if it was around 15 bucks.

Been one week without a cigarette with my 602. An adapter or larger cart would be great, although I already prefer this to 510 AS IS.

Got my first e cig (601/602) Ultra kit from Sean on Dec 02 2009 I love it!! Have not smoked an analog since. The vapor production is awsome and so is the throat hit. I have since got my self a BB and love that also. Seans service is by far the best I have came across yet and would highly recomend his products , as he stands behind them and is quick to resolve any issues.

Sean, do you know if an adapter for the 602 to a 510 would be available at some point? Or a passthrough? My first ecig was a 602, and i've tried the 901 (which i use for a passthrough currently) and now also have an SB. I would love to use the M602 atty on the silver bullet...im really not crazy about the 510...i still haven't burned an atty on the 602 yet, and only cleaned it a couple times. It's just a lot less time wasted on it, in my eyes personally.

I got my pair of 601s on 11 January and, after a steep learning curve, haven't smoked an analog since. That's after 45 years of committed smoking. My wife bought the 401s and has had the same success, although she hadn't been smoking as long as I had.

I've since added a protege and yesterday my Silver Bullet arrived. It hasn't been out of my hand since.

So far, I've used the 601, 401, 510 and 801 atties and it's made me realise just what a great buy the 601 was as an initial purchase. I heartily recommend them and Sean is great to do business with.
