Hi all! My name is Teri and I have been lurking here for a while. Just celebrated 1 month yesterday that my husband and I quit smoking. We both smoked at least a pack a day - him for 34 years and me for 24. I still cannot believe we did it! We started by getting one of those overpriced not so fabulous kits from a mall kiosk. Since we did not know any better - we made the best of them and got through a week or two - kept going back there to get different juices to try. We were lucky enough to meet a man there who highly recommended this site to us. So glad we found you!!! The advice and kindness shown here is incredible!!

After doing some research here, we recently upgraded to ego's and then went for the mega atty's and the tanks as well. LOVE THEM!!! Vicki at Cignot helped us so much with our orders and has provided the best customer service we have ever seen from an online business.

Just my two cents - wanted to get some posts in so I can lurk around some more!

Congratulations! My wife and I have quit as well, isn't it wonderful, I had no idea how easy it could be to quit! I don't think we would have been able to stay quit without our tank systems either, I was smoking between 3-5 packs a day, and my wife was less then a pack a day, again welcome and congratulations!

We've all went smoke free in this house. No way we could have done it without our pv's. I have my first mod on order now

I have purchased PV parts from 3 different companies now ( Cignot was indeed one of them ) no complaints yet!

Congrats to both of you! I just hit 2 weeks and my husband is now saying he thinks he can do it. I'am not going to push he has to want to in order to succeed at all.

Thanks all! I want to tell everyone I know to drop the cigarettes and try these - but I've been waiting to see that they've worked for me first. Truth be told - I actually like these way better than I ever liked cigarettes. And I now notice the smell of every smoker as they go by - I'll never say anything to them - but man - now I see what my sister meant everytime she'd say "You stink!" when I'd come inside from a smoke. Amazing. Be warned though - now that I've come out of the woodwork - I've got loads of questions and they'll be coming soon!

I agree - I did not think it would be as easy as it was - and I'm sure it's all due to e-cigs. I don't think I ever could have gone cold turkey. I have a relative who used chantix and literally tried to kill her husband in the middle of the night - so that was never going to be an option for me. My father kept sending me e-mails for e-cigs and one day (after the 10th or so e-mail) I decided it was time. Boom - that was it. Told my husband, and he said he would do it too! We went and bought the kits at the mall, and here we are smoke free a month later. Amazing.

Welcome Teri !! Glad to see your husband is in this with you. My husband had quit 4 years ago. But I still smoked. He told me the other day how lucky I was to have found Vaping as a way to quit. He said he wished he knew of it before, we'd have done it together too. He's enjoying seeing me act like a kid at Christmas with every order I receive. I'm still excited after 3 months..LOL..Best of Luck to you. You couldn't have found a more friendly place to be than this forum either. They've all helped me so much. I can never thank them enough.
