i went with the 18490 kicked. i have the AW 1100mah and i have to say im upset. they dont last very long at all. my ego 650 goes 3 times longer. i underunderstand that pushing the higher watts is what drains it but dang...... i just had a fresh battery at a party tonight and it died before i got home.

i like the size of the unit with the 18490 but i wish i knew this before hand. going to have to buy some 18650 and the extn here soon.

guessing this is the norm or do i have some bad batteries?

dont get me wrong this is and AMAZING vape. wont run anything else after having this setup. 70pg30vg RAWR juice at 8.5 watts is the best thing ever.

i have had the batteries for about 2 weeks. i have the AWs. i know i chain vape pretty hard when i drink but even a normal day when im at work i only get one full day out of a fresh battery.

hoping if i go to the 18650 i get double that, or atlest i would assume i should with the 2000 maw.

i feel spoiled now. just put a 18650 without the kick and the vape is just not there. lol. DAMN THE KICK for being so awesome.

I have the same setup as you and I tend to need two 18500 batts to get me through a day. Depending on your watt setting and the coil you're using, the Kick can drain a battery pretty quickly. Compared to an eGo(especially the 3.3v regulated ones) it can be quite a difference.

18650 will help a lot.

thats good to hear just hate having to make the SB bigger but having it last longer is a better option. wish they made more colors for the extn. i have the black silver finish now. guess i should should order the chrome extn for looks. dont think the flat black one would look all that good.

with the black chrome, black JTANK and black vase drip tip looks HOT!

With the extension sleeve and an 18650, I get a little more than a day, but I vape fairly frequently.

The AW IMR 2000 mah batteries will last you all day until the next morning....
