I've been a pack a day smoker of Kool 100's and other menthols for 15 years. I've tried to quit to no avail. Quite frankly, i only really tried to quit at the tail end of a cold or sinus infection. That only lasted until my chest cleared up and I was only going to smoke just one. LOL. yeah, that worked.

Earlier this year, i saw an ad for an e-cig starter kit on craigslist. It was all fancy and gadgety, the website was crisp and smooth, so i bought the Blu starter kit. That first vape was amazing and i thought i found something great. Until the vapor turned inconsistent and the taste disappeared within the first hour. So there i was turning the cartridge, blowing in it, googling what the heck an atomizer was and growing frustrated. True to form, i popped on a second cartridge. mmmmhhh, there's that taste. shortly thereafter, i was back to blowing on the plastic tip. i figured, i'd check out my other vaping options and vape through the starter kit in the interim.

Three days later, i found another starter kit online. The Green Smoke looked good, but the constant shipping of wrong products didnt help the environment. The starter kit contained a wonderful marlboro light taste that was smooth and clean. Wasnt menthol, but it wasnt analogs. I was truly enjoying it. The urge to smoke was gone and the cart lasted at least a full day. I knew i found the right thing, until i ordered 2 more boxes and what i received tasted different, and kinda pipey. So i called customer service and they sent me to more boxes of the same wrong product. At this point, I'd already started sneaking analogs. I eventually figured out that the starter pack carts only came with the starter pack, any additional carts came from a different manufacturer and tasted like garbage. Bait & Switch and I was done with the vaping experience.

Fast forward about 3 months. I was back to a full pack and mad at this whole vaping experience. I ran across Vapor4Life here in the forum. They had so many positive reviews in the forum and the website looked a bit unrealistic with all the flavors and options (the other companies had like 10 options). I honestly figured that either this company is really that good or the scam was really going to screw alot of people. Believe me, they're that good.

I placed my first order, a couple of sampler packs, and i waited for them to screw up my overnight shipment. It arrived on time with extra samples included (yay me!) It was 18 mg, and not quite strong enough, but OH MY GOSH the flavor and experience was great, the reviews were right, and the customer service was awesome. Even when they mess up, they attempt to fix it in a big way. I cant complain at all. Customer Service was really good and patient with a frustrated guy that begrudgingly ordered their product.

I ordered another shipment of carts and accessories that next day, and more that evening when i got home. That was last week, and I placed a third order on Monday. Sometimes, it takes playing with flavors and strengths to find your niche. I dont mind because i've been able to comfortably vape for 7 straight days. Doesnt sound like much, but its huge for me. I'm more productive at work and more attentive at home since im not hiding in the bathroom, standing on the toilet, blowing smoke into the fan 8 times a night (closet smoker, even though i stink of cigs, LOL).

I have finally found a company that offers something for all my moods and tastes, from menthol to chocolate, from the first hard pull in the morning to the light puffing at night. I'm happy that I gave it another shot and even happier that you wonderful vapers are so honest about pointing newbies in the right direction. NEWBIES, PLEASE READ THE FORUMS BEFORE YOU BUY, IT WILL SAVE YOU MONEY AND FRUSTRATION. EVERYTHING I EXPERIENCED WAS IN FOUND IN THE FORUM. I SHOULD HAVE TAKEN THE TIME TO READ CLOSELY. Vapor4Life may not be for everybody, but they are definitely worth a look if you are apprehensive.

Thanks,
Scorp :vapor::vapor::vapor:

Wow! I just ordered my first ever starter kit from them two days ago, and I feel pretty smart for picking them now, LOL!!! I had a question about my order, waited till yesterday morning, and they got back to me within 10 minutes of my placing my "ticket" with customer service. They couldnt answer my question cuz the order had already shipped!!! So I'm feeling pretty good about my choice of companies to go with--and your post really helps, too! Now, I just have to stalk the mailman, LOL!

V4L isn't the only great vendor out there. Liberty Flights, myfreedomsmokes, and freedomsmokeusa are great as well. I'm glad you have changed over to ecigs. Health reasons are untouchable in comparison to analog cigs. Welcome both of you to the ECF. If you have any questions, please ask. Everyone is here to give their advice and help out however we can.

LOL, Blu and Green Smoke? Many of us here, me included, started out with one or the other ... but both of them? That's rare.

Anyhow, your right Vapor4Life is a fine supplier and I think you'll be happy with them and their products. Hairball is right about there being a lot of other good suppliers out there and you'll learn more about them as you go on.

Right now the big thing has to be getting away from cigarettes and it sounds like you are getting that part under control. Best of luck!!!

I also started vaping with V4L due to reading the forums before spending the first dollar. With the success from the products and customer support I was able to stay with vaping. I use thier 3.7 volt batteries for several of the flavors but moved to a 5 volt mod still using their coolcarts with excellent results. I started buying liquids from a few other vendors and am waiting on a couple variable voltage mods that are in the works. But like I said it was V4L experience that made me stick with it.
