Low discharge battery

so i ordered some 18650 batts and got them but they are low discharge rate can i still use them for a mod just stack 2 of them or what should i do. any ideas are welcome:mad:

the batts i got are

"UltraFire BRC 18650 4000mah 3.7v li-ion low dicharge rate, No memory effect, Low reoccuring opperation. Short circuit and over current protection. sheef-life around 10years environmental friendly"

I could be wrong but I don't believe stacking or paralleling them will bring up the discharge rate and could just lead you to two rocket batteries to the face instead of just one. I use the 10 amp 2250 Panasonic Hybrids from Orbtronic in all of my Mods. If you can send them back I would do that and get the proper high drain batteries. Batteries are not something to skimp on.... $10 now or thousands in medical bills later ;)

That's just some poorly worded Chinglish, "low dicharge rate" in this case is probably referring to how much they may drop when unused. All Li-Ions have a "low self-discharge rate" compared to other chemistries. I imagine that's what they were trying to say.

How much current a battery can supply is based on mAh, so those batteries in parallel will effectively double the max discharge rate (how much current) they can deliver.

Unfortunately those are poor batteries, no 18650 can ever do 4000mAh and FWIW UltraFire doesn't even make a so-called 4000mAh battery.
