Low Nicotine a Bad Idea?

My girlfriend and I are Black and Mild smokers and light ones at that. We were looking into getting 0mg nicotine level ejuice, but found it's kinda difficult to find unique flavors at that level. I was wondering if getting low level nicotine ejuices would be a good idea or a reason for concern.

She is afraid of the addiction aspect and I was a little weary of the health effects. One reason we wanted to avoid our Black and Mild's was for this reason.

Any help would be appreciated!

If you're looking for no nicotine juices, try tastyvapor.us. Every normal flavor on the site is available as a "doubler" which contains no nicotine. It's only 15 dollars for 4 ounces of the stuff (almost 120mL).

I'm not going to say too much about the addiction with low level nicotine.
Everyone is different. You shouldn't have much to worry about with real low levels. If you only smoke them rarely, maybe try 6-12mg.

I vape 18-24mg and can say that the addiction is far less than cigarettes.

I used to smoke a pack a day (B&H) I was worry too. After I found Tasty Vapor and MsT, I'm extremely happy chain vaping non-nicotine most of the time. I keep always some 16mg and 11 mg liquids which I use when I really want the nic and heavy TH. Some days, I use nic after meals and the rest of the day go happily vaping non-nic.

Try it, you don't have anything to lose but much to gain!

I should have specified I am more concerned with getting truly addicted.

The effects of nicotine are very similar to caffeine: increased pulse and heart rate. Nicotine has been proven to be very addictive in tobacco cigarette form, but I wonder if it's as addictive without the other ingredients that are normally put into tobacco cigarettes - I don't think so personally. This morning when I woke up I actually forgot to vape my first vape of the day for about half an hour! That would never have happened in my 25 years of smoking!

EDIT: however vaping itself is so intriguing and tasty, I would think that 0mg juice should satisfy you just fine.

Thanks, as I stated I am more concerned with getting addicted than anything but it sounds like as long as I stay low I shouldn't worry much.

Got you now. Well, cigars have nicotine too; they are addictive but in a slightly lower rate since normally you don't inhale; but my understand is that black and mild has more nicotine as cigarettes.

So, first of all, do you guys "need" to smoke? If you're hooked, already addict to nicotine but in a lower level you'll be fine with somewhere about 6mg... BUT if you're not addict and can go without any B&M for days without cravings... then I would not use nicotine liquid.

It could be that you are addicted to the "smoking ritua" and not the nic, so the e-cig can help there when using o nic liquid.

My approach, if you're not nocotine addict, play safe and don't use it.

Check Ms T's bakery essentials too for non-nic liquid and Tasty Vapors.

By no means are we addicted and given that I believe you're right that B&M's have more nicotine I think low levels, 12 and under, would be fine.

We aren't even addicted to the ritual. It's more of a social/relaxing thing. We do it together, when we walk or just chill, to catch up on a day or just talk. I know I know, it's kinda ....., but it's very nice to relax and actually be able to talk.

The one liquid we were holding out on that we truly couldn't find the replacement for was a B & M Wine from DIY. We were ecstatic to see it.

I was going to suggest DIYFlavorshack as I know they have the B&M wine flavor but it looks like you're aware of it already LOL. You can get 0 nic in that flavor if you wanted. They do a clove as well (also TV does a clove, called kretek, which also comes in 0 nic called a doubler for that supplier) if you liked those kind also.
Happy vaping :)

I love DIYflavorshack & MsT's Bakery, but I've also recently found VikingVapor - lots of really excellent flavors, 0 nic and low nic available, with lots of options for customizing your liquids, very good prices, and they're quick to make your order and get it to you.

I highly recommend all three of these companies - US made liquids and great customer service. I'm sure one of them can provide you with something as close to a Black & Mild as you can get! :)
