low ohm reading

i just feel i get a better vape with lower ohms.


anyway i think i just wasted everyones time with this topic and i apologise.
i realised a little while a go when i was in the car.
my provari was actually off when it read 1 ohm.
i had thought that just clicking it 5 times turned it on.
i did not know that u actually had to go to the on/off setting to get it on.
thought that was just to turn it off.

again so sorry for wasting everyones time.
feel like a ......!


provape told me that it normally should be clean but there is a chance that some dust accumulated on it.

Don't feel bad, we've all been there. I just went off on my rawr because I hadn't had enough coffee when I wrote it. I was going into too much detail about why you might be going through batteries so quickly. What you like is the most important thing.

Two tips about reading ohms with the ProVari: 1) Sometimes if you go through the menu to get an ohms reading, when you get to "Ao" it will flash 1.3 before it gives the actual resistance. That's just the default baseline, the second number is the reading. Sometimes that confuses people; 2) The ProVari reads resistance "under load," meaning it fires to get a reading. Accordingly, under no circumstances try to get a reading for a dry cartomizer. The ProVari will fire and the dry carto will be toast.

Gosh, just learned something! Turned off the P, checked AO - 1.4......turned on the P, checked AO - 2.4.
But then the only time I've ever turned it off was when I was going through the initial "playing with" period (G)!!
