LR atty on a standard 510, any reason not to?

I like my 510, but would like some more vapor.

I've been looking at some ceramic 510 cartos and just the plain LR 510 atty.

All the vendors show the LR attys as "use with eGo only".

Is the LR really for use on the eGo only?

I assume the batt life is something that would rule out the use of LR on a standard 510 batt.

Any suggestions or advise one way or the other?

Nope. You'll be just fine. As a rule, it is not advisable to use a LR atty at over 3.7-4 volts

I did for quite a while. Does drop battery life quite a bit, though.

I'm not really sure, but IIRC, when you drain a little battery faster, you can break it. Low charge batteries are not prepared to give the necessary power (amperes, A, mA) so when you ask for more power some batteries cut down the current. If, by design means, they don't cut down the current, maybe they can be damaged.

WOW... i ordered the LR and cartos from esmokeronline on thursday at lunch, and they showed up SATURDAY!!! from florida to Austin in 2 days. Now thats a great place to shop at.

and WOW, LR atty, the only way to go. This is what i was missing. Great stuff.
