Hello,

I'm thinking about buying my first mod, most likely a Super T mod. As it's a big step from my ego twist pro tank setup I have a few questions...

I'll be getting a kick, but may not use it all the time and would like to vape at 3.7v with a low resistance cartomizer/atomizer. I've used a 510 carto and pro tanks...but nothing else.

I do not want to get into rebuilding at the moment. So if anyone thinks its a waste to get a nice mod and not rebuild, please chime in with why...I'd be interested in reading it.

If it does make sense, which low resistance (preferably small) atomizers would you recommend? I thought about using a LR 306...other suggestions?

Thanks!

I see absolutely nothing wrong with purchasing a high end mechanical mod, and the Super T mechanicals are top notch. They support their product with a lifetime guarantee, too. It all depends upon your intents and needs. Sounds like you've figured that out yourself.

Since you have experience with cartomizers, you should investigate cartotanks. They're my favorite juice attachment. Takes a few minutes to set up, but once they are, they are a carefree delivery device which can deliver some of the best flavor production available.

Myself, I prefer a regulated mod over a mechanical. I prefer the option to change the voltage to the flavor that I'm vaping, and I change flavors 3 - 4 times a day, each one requiring a different voltage setting for their "sweet spot". You can do that with a Kick in a mechanical, but to change the setting you have to remove it from the mod to make the adjustments. If you change settings much like I do, that can be a drag.

Thanks Baditude,

I'll look into the cartotanks.

Though I always seem to enjoy finding a new juice that I like, I find week to week, I'm usually vaping only a few, but I can see how this is a personal choice. I was hoping to find a "crown", but can't find any in stock, so will settle for a kick for now (difference being that with the crown voltage can be changed without removing from the mod).
