There isn't alot of info out about this topic, search isn't bringing anything up, so here goes:

Does anyone know how long the 650mAh Ego batteries last with a LR atty/ Carto on them?

Time between charges that is, saw somewhere that LR cartos will diminish the overall battery life though.

(Thinking of ordering from Liberty Flights btw, cause of their outrageous warranty, though I'm open to any other suggestions, I would REALLY like to have a Riva instead of an Ego.)

Sorry for senseless rambling, any info is appreciated :p

To be totally honest with you, the battery life isn't all that great, for me it kills the battery life by about 30% with LR attys, and the batteries can't deliver the amperage that the attys want either so it's killing them inside and they won't hit as good as they would on a proper mod with say a 18650 battery. I can notice my Riva batteries performance drowning with LR attys, same with eGo too. But to be fair, for 30 bux, you get what you pay for. It's still a bargain by any means.

Please dont use LR atty/carto with a ego. Im my experience the ego battery will fail after a few weeks.

I've been using LR atty's exclusively with my 650 mah eGo for about 5 months. No problem. In fact I used LR atty's on my little 510 battery (250 mah?) for a week when I though my eGo charger was bad. (It wasn't.)

None of the batteries have failed or show any sign of weakness.

I get about 9 hours off the eGo battery with moderate vaping.

Of course a battery can fail at any time, then it's easy to blame it on the LR atty. But this isn't very scientific.

I'm with billo.... I too use a LR atty with my eGo battery (over a month old) and no problem. I do notice I charge the eGo battery more but other than that the LR has not "killed" my eGo battery. I love the LR 510 atty.....got it to go with my Reo Grand Mod on order (this beauty has a 18650 mah)..... but while I'm waiting, I've been using LR with eGo, luv it

Same as with Billo and Finally...using LR attys on Tornado 650 batts since I started vaping, and specifically using the LR Mega atty since 2nd week in October. I vape about 3-4 ml per day and I HOAVE noticed my battery charge does not last nearly as long. Yet I have been using the same 2 batteries since day 1 and generally find that 2 full batt charges will not quite get me thru a 15 hour day...sometimes but usually not quite

Granted, I am still new at vaping. Just over 1 month but my Riva from LF came with 2 standard atty's and 1 LR atty. If you should not use the LR atty with the Riva then why would HELLO include one in the starter kit. I have not used mine yet but I do plan on using it when needed.

Where did you buy your hello battery. Keep in mind there are different LR atty/cartos. Some vendors say 2.0 is LR and others say 1.5.

He's talking about Hello that make the Liberty Flights Riva kits, and i'm sure the LR atty is added by the vendor not Hello. 2.0 ohm is not as hard on the batteries and i quite enjoy that resistance.

I noticed that if used LRs (510 and 306) on 'older' 650 mah eGo batteries, that I lost a couple. Whether that is the additional drain or just that they were FTD (fixing to die) anyway, I dunno. But, I've been using/dedicating LRs to the 1000 mah eGo batts for the past few months sans issues.

The 1000 mah batts last 9-10 hours for me with LRs, 12-ish hours with reg attys when I've tried that for experiment sake. I average 2-3 mls of liquid per day if you want to factor *your* time into the equation...
