hey silent ,, mines did the same thing. also had a sticky button(silver one). here is what i did to help it out. just took the batt out and held the button down and blew very hard into the tube like 4 times, then i had released the button and repeated. it did help mines without a problem, but every now and then i would have to repeat this process. i didnt turn mine in because i dont have a back up and i would lean back into a cigarette. give this a try and if it doesnt help then just turn it in.. i hope this helps you

I would first try lifting the center pole a tiny bit. This sounds like it might not be strictly a switch problem.
If that doesn't work, try zapping the switch with a shot of contact cleaner.
If you don't have/can't get CC, try cleaning it with 91% isopropyl alcohol. Soak a Q-tip and swab it down good.
Use 91% cuz the lower strength has too much water in it and doesn't dry fast enough.

I fixed it!

I pulled out the battery, coverered the voltage and power buttons with my fingers, pressed the fire button, and blew out loads of excess moisture from the power button.

Doesn't fail at all anymore!

I suggest this fix as part of routine maintenance every week or so actually.

dont think you read my post here huh???

thats exactly what i said to do buddy... oh you will have to do this every week
